M. David Properties are owners, property managers and developers of commercial real estate, specializing in industrial real estate.  As a local family owned business, M. David Properties is unique in its receptive and responsive manner to client's needs.  Marc Silverman, the founder, has lived and worked in Charlotte since 1962 and has extensive knowledge of the Charlotte area, as well as the North and South Carolina regions.  Lorin Stiefel, who runs the company, takes pride in easing the process of communication between brokers and clients by helping to modify properties based on your business needs.  Cindi Cook, the property manager, visits properties weekly to insure the needs of tenants are being met, and to maintain clear communication between tenants, vendors, and owner. 

M. David Properties is noted for their fairness and integrity with clients and brokers, in addition to their quality real estate developments.  The property manager or owners visit properties at least once a week.  One phone call can solve most problems promptly, and there is someone on call that can help solve most maintenance issues quickly.

M. David Properties' largest industrial park is SilverLake, which is located near I-77 and I-485. This approximately 565,000 SF park is home to Fortune 1000 international, national, and local companies.  M. David Properties owns and manages not only SilverLake but SilverLanding, which is a 125,000 SF industrial building, located minutes away from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport and the intermodal yard.  Also, M. David Properties has developed SilverPark North, a 300,000 SF industrial park at the intersection of Old Statesville and Hucks Road, which is less than 1 mile to I-485. M. David Properties also owns and manages another 170,000 square feet of industrial buildings in the Charlotte market.
